them to progressively absorb more space in a phased manner over

marketplace. R&A has managed a 3,600/SF relocation for a
leading Consulting firm and also moved a national Asset
Management firm into Midtown offices on the Upper Eastside.
R&A's Office brokers recently placed a Global
Non-Governmental Agency in 12,316/SF of expansion space to help
them capitalize on the value of the reduced pricing in the NYC
market enhancing their real estate position across their
portfolio.
Our small office group recently placed a division of a boutique
publishing firm into a 10 year deal that provided them with
stability in the Downtown market plus an option for growth-space
in to the future.

Our gallery and fine arts group completed a lease for one of the
world's leading auction houses to provide them with a NY
headquarters that delivers on all requirements; from brand
association, to critical proximity and long term value, we were
