Doug Rice - A tenant rep

A founding partner in the firm Elissa has
focused on the office segment of the business working with a

firms. Elissa's background in the media and entertainment world
provides her with clear insights in to the needs of mid sized

Earl Bateman - As the head
of R&A's Fine Arts practice, Earl leverages his experience in
the art world to help Gallerists and Arts Institutions identify
the best solutions for their programs. His extensive experience
as a gallery director and long career in the media arts provides

Bernard Klug - Semi-retired

solutions across the entire city of Manhattan, Bernard continues

segments of the business world where he spent may years as an
industry expert.
Curtis Woodside - with over
20 years of real estate expertise Curtis works across all
